Dana Springs

Dana Springs is an organizational systems analyst engaged by founders, executives, and boards to diagnose and untangle entrenched problems in workplace cultures, business processes, and stakeholder relations. She is skilled at harmonizing the management of people, time, money, property, and goodwill to achieve momentum and results. Knowing vicious cycles can be broken by changing just one thing, she launched Dana Springs Element LLC to take on special projects where she deploys a fixer’s kit of research, conceptualization, design, and implementation tools. Her business-minded, strategic creativity is anchored by a B.A. in visual and performing arts from University of California, San Diego and strengthened through 17 years of public administration at the City of San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture. Dana is known as a bright, powerful, and playful presence; a leader effective at cultivating group confidence, cooperation, and innovation. She jokes that her name is a fair warning to forces determined to preserve inertia.
